David Platt's, RADICAL, has a chapter that talks about 1) Who God is, 2) who we are, and 3) who/what we really need. There is too much to it to put down here, but its a good reminder of where our minds and hearts should be- know where we came from and why we need grace and understand that we do not have what it takes to meet God. God meets us. He pursues us. He came for us.
